That's never happened before but if it does happen, our company will cover the food cost.
How Long are you in this business?
Started 2022 in food delivery. However, we have been delivering packages and freight since 2000.
What is the % Commission You charge the Restaurants?
It can be anywhere from 0% to 15% depending on the deal every restaurant has with us. However we guarantee that Our Fee + GrubHub, Doordash etc. fees combined will always be less than what you are currently paying to those companies.
Do you have enough drivers?
We have hundreds of drivers in each location that we provide delivery service. Please contact us for more info if you are not seeing your city listed below.
What if the food is delivered late?
If the food is delivered late and the order is canceled, we will cover 100% the food cost. GrubHub cover only 70%
Does the Restaurant need to call when there is an order for delivery?
No, the restaurant only needs to prepare the food. We take care of the rest. We receive every delivery order the same time as you do. In just a few minutes after the order is received, our driver will be on the way to pick up the food.
